I Need Refund for Unused KLM Return Ticket Booked via eDreams

My name is Emmanuel Uzo*** and my contact email is uzoe***@yahoo.com. I purchased a return ticket on the eDreams website with booking number 23899702853 for travel on 12 May on the Georgetown, Guyana – Amsterdam – Lagos route with KLM. I have already used the outbound part of the ticket, but I am now unable to make the return trip and therefore wish to cancel only the return segment and request a refund for that unused part of the ticket. I have not yet been able to reach KLM or eDreams customer service and would like clear information on how my cancellation and refund can be processed. I kindly request that the unused return leg of my ticket be cancelled and that the corresponding amount be refunded to me in accordance with the applicable fare rules. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and inform me as soon as possible about the refund of the return portion of my ticket.
