eDreams Annual Subscription That I Never Consented To
I live in the United Kingdom and have been repeatedly charged by eDreams on my credit card for a subscription that I do not recall ever signing up for and have never used. Despite this, the payments have continued for years, and this year alone the total taken from my account is around £80. I tried to resolve this previously by raising the issue with my bank about two years ago, but the payments from eDreams have continued to be taken from my card. I have not been able to find a proper customer service email address for eDreams to contact them directly about these unauthorized subscription charges, which has made the situation even more difficult to resolve. I request that eDreams immediately cancels any subscription linked to my details and confirms in writing that no further payments will be taken from my card. In addition, I expect a full refund of the subscription fees that have been taken from my account for this year.
