Cancellation And Refund Request – eDreams Prime

May 14 8:08 PM103

On 14 May I discovered an unauthorized direct debit of £89.90 taken from my Lloyds card for an “eDreams Prime” subscription. I only purchased a ticket from eDreams and did not at any point intentionally subscribe to eDreams Prime or agree to a paid membership. As soon as I noticed the charge, I asked my bank, Lloyds, to block this payment and they informed me that the matter is under review. I also sent an email to eDreams but I have not received any response so far. I request a full refund of the £89.90 that was taken without my authorization, the immediate cancellation of any eDreams Prime subscription or renewal linked to my details, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
