Ecovacs N20 Pro Plus - Connection Woes, Lost Features, and Poor Support
I bought the Ecovacs N20 Pro Plus in February. Although I originally had another brand in mind, I chose this one based on the salesperson’s recommendation. I was using the product without any issues, but after taking a two-month break while I was abroad, I experienced persistent connection problems when I returned home and tried to use it again. During this time, I attempted to reach the technical support team, but despite waiting for over two hours, no one answered the phone. I also contacted them via WhatsApp, but received no response. If you’re not going to respond to customers or stand behind your product, why even provide a support line and raise expectations? This is the first time I’ve encountered such irresponsibility, and frankly, I’m very disappointed. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Although a Turkish language update was introduced, the device, which previously cleaned over carpets, now detects even the thinnest rug when the mopping-sweeping head is attached and shuts off without continuing the cleaning. These features were specifically promised during the sales process and are frequently highlighted on your website. As it stands, I cannot use the machine. If I have to remove the rug, change the head, vacuum, then reattach the mop head each time, where is the convenience in that? This has been my most regrettable purchase. I expect a prompt response regarding this issue, and I would appreciate it if your technical support team would actually answer the phone one day.
