Ebebek Refused to Accept Return of Unused Hubble Camera—Unfair Policy

I purchased a Hubble camera from Ebebek, but after two days, I decided to return it. However, despite the product being completely unused, with its packaging intact and undamaged, Ebebek refused to accept the return.

This is completely unacceptable, as I have not even used the product, and there is no valid reason to deny my return request. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue my legal rights.

Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the Ordu Ebebek store employees, who provided no assistance or reasonable explanation. Ebebek, fix this issue now! Others, beware—this store may refuse returns even if the product is in perfect condition!
