Ebebek Sold Me a Defective Medisana Thermometer and Refused Refund

About 1.5 months ago, I purchased a Medisana thermometer from the Ebebek store in İzmir Gaziemir. Since I am pregnant, I did not use the product right away. Near my due date, I wanted to test it, only to realize the thermometer did not work at all.
When I returned to the store, the staff told me the product was broken and that I would have to pay for it, even though it had never been used. At the time of purchase, the cashier specifically told me I had a 3-month exchange period. Instead of accepting the product, the store only took a photo of the item and told me to wait for an update. It has been two days, and I have not received any response.
I do not accept being held responsible for the defect of a brand-new product under warranty. I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price. My order number is n182025000404639.
This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially during pregnancy, and I expect Ebebek to resolve this issue promptly.
