I bought a car part from eBay for international shipping, but I regret the decision. The item has been stuck in customs, and despite reaching out to eBay multiple times, I’ve received no response or solution. I also contacted the seller, but they’ve been completely unresponsive as well. I paid for the item to be delivered to my address, so why would I want a product that’s going to get stuck in customs? This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I need assistance. eBay, please step in and help resolve this issue. I either want the part delivered as promised or my money refunded.
