EA Sports' Unfair Ban on My Account

I don't understand why my account got banned out of nowhere. Now I'm really confused and want to know the reason behind it. I want my money back because they banned my account for no reason. If they don't do it, I'll complain to the right people. I haven't done anything wrong or cheated in a way that would get my account suspended. So, I think this decision is unfair. I want this issue to be resolved quickly. I'm really frustrated and feel like I've been treated unfairly in this situation. I've put a lot of time and money into the game. The game provider needs to make sure they deal with these issues quickly, give clear reasons for bans, and think about how it affects the players.
