I don't understand why my account got banned out of nowhere. Now I'm really confused and want to know the reason behind it. I want my money back because they banned my account for no reason. If they don't do it, I'll complain to the right people. I haven't done anything wrong or cheated in a way that would get my account suspended. So, I think this decision is unfair.
