I Lost My 2-Year FIFA Mobile Account with 109 OVR After Linking to EA and Facebook

I had been playing FIFA Mobile for two years and built a team with a 109 OVR, after putting in a tremendous amount of effort and time. I had my account securely linked to both EA and Facebook, and everything seemed fine until I tried logging in the next day. To my shock, my entire account was gone. I retried logging in several times, checked different login methods, and even cleared my cache—nothing worked. It's as if the account never existed.

This is incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking. I put in years of progress into this game and never expected to lose it all without explanation. There was no warning, no ban notification, no sign of foul play. It just vanished. I’m devastated.
