EA Wrongfully Banned My Battlefield 1 Account After Steam Purchase
I recently bought Battlefield 1 during a Steam sale, and after just a few days of playing, I discovered my EA account had been banned and completely closed. When I reached out to EA support, they simply claimed I'd violated the user agreement, but I haven't done anything that would justify such a ban—especially since I've only played the single-player mode. Despite multiple attempts to clarify the issue, their support team refuses to provide any specific details or evidence of what I supposedly did wrong. This vague response and lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. EA must review this mistake immediately, restore my account access, and clearly explain why this unjustified action occurred.
