I was unfairly banned from EA FC 25. I started playing Ultimate Team on 21.02.2025, completing tasks and collecting cards to progress. Despite not using any cheats, I received a message at night informing me that I had been banned. When I contacted EA, they said they would review the situation and get back to me, but I have not received any response for two days. I have spent both time and money on this game, and being banned without reason is extremely frustrating. It is unacceptable to face such an issue when I have been playing the game fully in compliance with the rules. I request an urgent review of my case and the resolution of my grievance.
