I Was Unfairly Banned from Battlefield 1 Without Reason

I was added to the list of unfairly banned players in Battlefield 1, and I still don’t understand why. I’ve never used cheats, never insulted anyone, and always played fairly. One day I tried to log in—and just like that—my account was banned without warning.

I’ve submitted multiple tickets, but every response I received was a copy-paste, generic message with no real explanation or investigation. After all the time and effort I invested in this game, this is what I get in return?

It’s not even about the money—I’m not asking for a refund. It’s about the time, dedication, and enjoyment I lost. I created a new account, but I can’t even bring myself to play anymore. The experience is ruined.

EA/DICE, I’m asking for justice. Review my case properly, lift the ban if no violation is found, and stop treating your dedicated players like they’re disposable. My progress and effort deserve better.
