On 02/01/2026, I made a deposit request to my e& Money account with a value of 10,000. Before the deposit amount reached my balance, my e& Money account was restricted, and I could not complete the process. In the clarification section of the transaction details, it is written that the funds have been received based on my request and that I should create a new deposit request, while my account is already restricted and I cannot access the money or use the service properly. This situation has put me in a very difficult position because the amount is high and I am unable to benefit from it. I kindly request that this issue be urgently reviewed, the restriction on my account be removed, and the deposit be correctly reflected in my balance or otherwise made available to me as soon as possible.
