New Dyson V12 Vacuum Came With Broken Head

Since our previous vacuum finally gave out, we splurged on a Dyson V12, but unfortunately, the Motorhead attachment has been acting erratically ever since then. I have attempted to get in touch with Dyson on multiple occasions. They have promised to resend the attachment, but due to a lack of available stock, they have been unable to move forward with the process for more than a month. Because no one has offered to fix the vacuum after it was delivered to us in an unusable condition, we have been unable to use it.
