At the end of the call, they explained that the problem had not been referred to technical service for diagnosis. However, they only requested a ₺3800 diagnostic fee. Even though the warranty has expired, such a high fee is being issued for the repair itself, and you are claiming a free repair. I request further clarification on my issue.
