My Dyson V8 Vacuum Stopped Working
My Dyson V8 upright vacuum cleaner shut down spontaneously about two weeks ago and wouldn't turn back on. The appliance's warranty has expired. To resolve the issue, I first tried a different outlet and checked the filter, but to no avail. Dyson customer service was contacted, and a video conference link was sent to me, and a video call was held. At the end of the call, they explained that the problem had not been referred to technical service for diagnosis. However, they only requested a ₺3800 diagnostic fee. Even though the warranty has expired, such a high fee is being issued for the repair itself, and you are claiming a free repair. I request further clarification on my issue.
