Dyson Forced Payment for Warranty Service on V8 Animal Vacuum

Dyson technical support issue. Upon the complaint of my guaranteed v8 animal broom machine, I contacted technical support. They told me to wash my filter, after doing this, they still came from home and picked it up when my machine didn't work. But they try to make me pay money by saying user error for the transaction they have personally described and made.Although I objected, 4 people called in 3 days and tried to create a ridiculous panic by telling the thing separately and saying that if I do not accept it, they will not keep the product in the service and will be sent back. If the 3,350 TL part change is a small price, it is not worth talking about anyway. It is unacceptable that they consider the product that is my warranty out of warranty because of their own guidance!
