I am absolutely furious with Dyson! I bought a Dyson V8 vacuum in 2023, trusting the brand, but it's been a complete disappointment. The dustbin is cracked, and there are also cracks on the bending part of the under-sofa tool. This is unacceptable for a product from a supposedly premium brand.
Are we really at a point where we can't trust any brand anymore? I specifically chose Dyson because it's touted as the most reliable vacuum cleaner brand in the world and in Türkiye. Yet, here I am, dealing with significant product defects after a short period of use.
