I am absolutely furious with my Dyson V12 stick vacuum! I bought it directly from the Dyson website on March 3, 2025, and within a very short time, the dustbin lid stopped closing properly, causing all the collected dust to fall back onto the floor!
I even had a video call with a customer representative, but they outrageously claimed there was no problem with the product. This is simply unbelievable. I bought a Dyson, trusting its supposed quality, and didn't hesitate to pay a premium price. A vacuum cleaner of this caliber shouldn't be failing with such a basic defect so quickly. Even if a flaw occurred, their customer service strategy is completely unacceptable.
Dyson, you need to rectify this immediately! This issue makes my expensive vacuum completely useless. Fix my Dyson V12's dustbin, or replace the defective unit! If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee without any further delay.
