I bought it from a store in Turkey a year ago, and after only 5 months it began giving me a constant filter emptying, reservoir emptying, and filter cleaning signal. Although I have been diligent about keeping the filter clean before each use, I would prefer not to have to do so in order to get the most out of my Dyson vacuum. We were pleased with our purchase at first, but I'd heard rumblings about a clogged filter from some neighbors, so we've been on the lookout for a replacement. The number of times I submitted tickets for service is 5. After five missed visits, they abruptly canceled my service without even giving me a call. Despite the company's claims of a global service network and a high-quality product, my experience with a Dyson vacuum cleaner has led me to believe otherwise. In short, we were completely worn out by the end of it. The phone calls took several minutes to complete. We kept having the same issues. There is still no answer in sight.
