I am absolutely furious with my Dyson V12 stick vacuum! We purchased it on March 17, 2025, and while my spouse was using it normally, they briefly leaned it against the edge of the bed. The vacuum simply tipped over, and the main pipe instantly bent!
I immediately contacted Dyson Customer Service, and they had the audacity to claim it was "user error," offering only a paid replacement. This is completely unacceptable. For such an expensive, supposedly high-quality product, a simple, everyday tip-over should not cause such severe damage. The fact that the pipe bent so easily from a common household incident clearly demonstrates the product's poor quality and lack of durability.
Dyson, you need to rectify this issue immediately! Your V12 is not robust enough for normal use. Replace the bent pipe under warranty, as this is a clear product design flaw, not user error. I expect a solution now!
