Yesterday, on January 4, 2025, I received my Dyson 360 Vis Nav back from service, but unfortunately, none of the original problems have been fixed. The robot still fails to complete mapping—it starts, then stops halfway through and attempts to return to the dock. But even worse, it can’t find its own charging station, and spends hours aimlessly searching for it.
This is the exact issue I originally sent it in for. The service center claimed to have updated the device, yet the same problem continues as if nothing was done. For a product that costs ₺45,000, this is completely unacceptable.
I chose Dyson because I trusted the brand, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I haven’t even been able to use the vacuum properly once. Paying this much for a high-end product, only to immediately send it to service and have it return with zero improvement, is beyond frustrating.
