My Dyson 360 Vis Nav Won’t Map or Clean Properly and MediaMarkt Won’t Accept Return

I purchased the Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum from MediaMarkt just a week ago, and from day one, it’s been completely unusable. The device fails to create a proper map, and even when it does manage partial mapping, it cleans unevenly, skipping entire areas during its run.

The cleaning performance is far below expectations, especially for a product in this price range (₺). It doesn’t deliver the promised smart navigation or reliable performance—it’s not cleaning my home as advertised.

When I contacted MediaMarkt about returning the product, they refused to accept it because the box had been opened. Apparently, unless we return it unopened—without even testing if it works—we’re stuck with it. That logic is ridiculous for a tech product.
