My Dyson 360 Vis Nav Can’t Map or Dock Properly Right Out of the Box

I bought the Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum and just unboxed it today to use for the very first time. Unfortunately, from the moment I turned it on, the product has been a huge letdown. It fails to complete mapping, gets confused near the charging dock, and endlessly circles around it without ever docking on its own.

After each session, it claims the cleaning is finished—even though it has barely cleaned anything. I’m forced to manually lift and place it on the charging station, which completely defeats the purpose of a smart, automated vacuum.

This isn’t what I expected from a premium Dyson product, especially not on day one. If this is the performance straight out of the box, I can’t imagine what’s coming next.
