Garena Free Fire Security Issue Locks Player Out With “Unable to Retrieve Access” Error

Hello Garena Support,

I am the owner of two Free Fire accounts, and I am now experiencing the same type of security issue on another account, in addition to UID: 3024937547.

On this second account, I am receiving the “Unable to retrieve access” error, and I am also seeing logins or devices that I do not recognize, which suggests that this account may also have been compromised.

On both of these accounts, I have made top-ups and used paid services, including the Official Monthly Membership, and I can provide receipts and payment details as proof of ownership if needed.

I urgently request that you secure both of my accounts, remove and log out all unauthorized devices and active sessions, and investigate any suspicious activity connected to these accounts.

I want to regain safe access to my accounts and ensure that none of my in-game items, progress, or personal data are misused.

I expect a prompt and effective response confirming what actions were taken to secure each of my affected accounts.
