Parimatch KYC Verification Rejected for Aadhaar Document Without Clear Reason

My Parimatch account, registered in India, has been experiencing a document verification problem for the past 10 days. I uploaded my Aadhaar card for KYC verification, but the verification was rejected with the note that the document is “not clear.”
I have been trying to resolve this issue for several days, but customer support has not responded properly, and I have not received any clear guidance about what exactly is wrong with the document or how to fix it.
Because of this situation, I am unable to complete my account verification and use my account normally.
I request that my document verification be reviewed manually and approved if everything is correct, or that I be given a clear and specific explanation of what needs to be corrected so that my Aadhaar-based verification can be completed successfully as soon as possible.
