I purchased the Dyson hair straightener just four months ago, and I deeply regret it. Since I started using it, my hair has thinned drastically, and breakage has become a constant problem. I am incredibly disappointed and heartbroken. I never imagined that a product from a premium brand like Dyson could cause such serious damage.
If you have curly hair like mine, be very cautious. During the straightening process, the device burned and weakened my strands, causing visible hair loss. Despite following all care instructions and using it as directed, my hair hasn’t been the same. I expected Dyson to be a brand I could trust, especially at this price point.
To make matters worse, I also purchased the Dyson styling tool in addition to the straightener, so I spent a significant amount expecting professional-level care and quality. Unfortunately, all I got was regret and damaged hair. Dyson, I demand you take responsibility for the harm caused and offer a full refund or replacement. I will not recommend this product to anyone with textured or sensitive hair.
