I’m extremely disappointed with my Dyson hair straightener. I trusted this brand for its premium reputation, but it ended up severely damaging my hair. The front sections of my hair literally burned off and broke. I reached out to Dyson customer support through WhatsApp right away, but I haven’t received any proper response or meaningful update. The process is painfully slow and shows a lack of care for the customer’s experience.
After such damage, there is absolutely no way I will ever use this device again. I no longer feel safe using it. I expected better quality and safety standards from Dyson. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I am demanding a full refund for the product immediately. Dyson must take responsibility for the damage caused.
