eFootball Online Matches Lagging After Recent Thursday Updates

I play eFootball on my Android device, and for the last three Thursday updates I have been experiencing very frustrating problems during my online division matches.

During these games, there is frequent lag, which causes me to concede many goals even though my internet connection is strong and my device is clean and running properly.

Another major issue involves shooting accuracy. Even when my players are in good scoring positions and I use proper timing and shooting technique, my shots keep hitting the crossbar repeatedly instead of going in. However, when my opponents hit the crossbar, the ball often deflects in a way that still results in a goal for them.

This situation feels very unbalanced and unfair, and it is seriously affecting the results of my division matches.

I have not yet contacted in-game support, but I want to clearly report that these issues started about three Thursday updates ago and have continued ever since.

Because this situation has caused me to lose many matches and division points through no fault of my own, I request that Konami review my account and match history for this period and provide appropriate compensation for the lost matches and unfair results caused by lag and inconsistent shooting behavior.
