I purchased a Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner in April 2024, expecting a premium experience from a premium brand. However, I’ve been nothing but disappointed. The vacuum constantly stops running on its own during use, and when I contacted technical support, they acknowledged that it’s still under warranty—but refused to provide service because the invoice didn’t say “Dyson” as the vendor name.
I had the invoice updated by the seller to meet Dyson’s requirement, yet even after that, I’m still being denied service. This is extremely frustrating. I chose Dyson over other brands—even though it cost nearly three times more—because I believed I’d be getting better service and long-term reliability. I now regret not buying from a cheaper Chinese brand, which ironically provides better post-sale support.
I’m sharing this here so others are aware before making the same mistake. Dyson, your reputation is being damaged by your service partners. A product under warranty should be repaired—no excuses. If I can’t get this resolved, I’ll have no choice but to take it to a local repair shop or throw it away altogether. Fix this situation immediately.
