Dyson Vacuum Broom Head Broke During Normal Use and Warranty Won't Cover It


While I was tidying up my sofa, the broom head of my Dyson vacuum cleaner just gave out on me. I contacted Dyson customer service to discuss the problem, and they told me that my warranty had expired, meaning the repair wouldn't be covered. This experience has really disappointed me, especially since I've always thought Dyson products were top-notch. It looks like the broom head has a design flaw since it broke while being used normally. I’ve looked after the vacuum, and this issue seems more like a flaw in the plastic than anything I might have done. I would appreciate it if Dyson could look into this and send a replacement for the broken part.
