Dyson v15s Anti Tangle Brush Does Not Come Out as Shown in Manual or Videos
The Dyson v15s vacuum cleaner I bought 1 year ago was not very dirty because I rarely use it, so I had never cleaned the anti Tangle head before. I wanted to clean it today by reading the manual, but the brush of the title did not come out as stated in the guide, and this was not the case in the videos I received support by watching it on the internet. When I searched on the internet, I saw that many people have such a problem. I am writing here in the hope that Dyson Turkey will help like everyone else. Before writing here, I wrote to the WhatsApp support line, but after asking for the serial number of the device, there was no response for hours.
