Delayed Anti-Tangle Head for Dyson V15 Detect

The issue I am facing pertains to the anti-tangle head, specifically the digital motor bar head with the part number 972182-03, which is broken. The serial number is U3B EU RGM6157A, and it is still under the 2-year warranty.
I first contacted the Turkish distributor in September 2023, and despite calling them weekly, my problem remains unresolved. The anti-tangle head is out of stock, and they haven't provided a clear solution or timeframe for the replacement. I emphasized that having the best vacuum cleaner doesn't matter if I can't effectively clean my home, and they acknowledged my frustration.
Regrettably, my complaint hasn't yielded results, and after 5 months of waiting, I find myself still without a resolution. I am writing to you in the hope of expediting the process and receiving the anti-tangle head I desperately need.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide me with information on when I can expect to receive the replacement part. Your prompt attention to this issue is crucial, as the delay is causing significant inconvenience.

Every time I mention that it is the best vacuum cleaner, but it doesn't mean anything if I can't clean my carpet and floor, they agree with me. I know I am right, but I want my head. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my Anti-Tangle head.
I am complaining about that, and I want to learn when my head will come. The Turkish distributor did not help me effectively, and they did not solve my problem. They wasted my time. After 5 months, I decided to write to you. Please send my Anti-Tangle head. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
