I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum on October 23, 2024. On November 1, 2025, I experienced a problem with the head—it started bouncing while in use. When I called the support center, they said there was no issue with the product and that this was how the system worked. However, I have been using it for a year and have never encountered such a problem. I asked if the working system had changed, and despite their reluctance, I insisted and managed to create a service request. On November 3, 2025, I sent the product to the service center under warranty. After inspection, they said there was no problem with the product and returned it to me on November 10, 2025. My issue and inconvenience were not resolved. When I called the support team again, they dismissed me, saying, “There’s nothing we can do; the product works this way.” Yet I’ve used it flawlessly for a year. The service center keeps insisting this is the normal operation of the product. Do you think this is a defect or just how the system works? If this is really how it’s supposed to function, is it worth paying this much money for such a product? Dyson’s service, repair, and support process have been a complete disappointment—I do not recommend it at all.
