On December 29, 2024, I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean vacuum cleaner from Media Markt. However, I’m unable to complete the warranty registration process as it says the product is already registered.
Additionally, while testing the vacuum (intended for my dowry), the dustbin seal detached and cannot be reattached. This is unacceptable for a brand like Dyson, especially for a premium product like the V15.
I urgently request assistance with both the warranty registration and resolving the defective part issue. As a loyal customer, I expect Dyson to address these problems promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Please provide clear instructions or a replacement as soon as possible.
