On May 6, 2023, I made the decision to purchase the Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner from Korupark, full of anticipation for its performance. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I noticed that the vibrant purple strips on the motor section of the vacuum started peeling off. Concerned about this quality issue, I reached out to Dyson's customer service not once, but twice, seeking a resolution. Unfortunately, their response left much to be desired. They informed me that a part needed for the repair was still pending delivery from overseas, leaving my problem unresolved and the vacuum unusable. It is truly disheartening that a vacuum I had owned for only one month is already showing signs of such significant deterioration. I deeply regret not opting for a different brand, as the Dyson V15 has failed to live up to its promised quality and durability.
