I've been using the Dyson V15 vacuum for only three months, and the purple sponges on the side have torn apart. When I contacted customer service, their response was mind-boggling, claiming that all Dyson vacuums experience this issue due to user habits. I even tested with a tissue at home, and there's no leakage whatsoever. A fantastic piece of engineering explanation, right? If Dyson's headquarters in the UK hear this, they might faint, I'm sure! My problem remains unresolved, and ignored, and there's no consideration for any service or replacement. Terrible service from a company I regret investing in!
