Dyson V15 Submarine Head Broken - Wrong Replacement Sent! Original Needed

I purchased a Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum cleaner from the Dyson Store in September 2025. Although I have used the product for only about one month, the original head of the vacuum broke and stopped rotating. When we contacted the call center, we were informed that this original head was not in stock and that they could only send us the old-style head, and that waiting for the new head would cause a long delay. Since we had no other option, we felt obliged to accept this offer. However, when we called again later to ask whether the original Dyson V15 Submarine head was back in stock, we were told that they could not send the new head because we had already been sent the old-style head. The old head we received does not have the plus and minus buttons and grips the floor more tightly, making it difficult for my mother to use the vacuum due to her arm discomfort. Although I clearly stated this issue to customer service, my request for the original head to be sent was declined. I request that the original Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum head, with the same features as at the time of purchase, be supplied and sent to us so that my mother can use the product comfortably and as advertised. As it is known that our previous calls can be accessed via my mobile phone number, I kindly ask that these records be reviewed, the process be examined as soon as possible, and that our grievance be resolved.
