Dyson V15 Stops and Starts During Use Again After Previous Repair

I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt’s Antares branch. For some time now, I’ve been experiencing a trigger malfunction—during use, the device keeps stopping and starting again on its own, making it impossible to use the product efficiently.

Because of this issue, I previously contacted Dyson authorized service, and the device was repaired. However, about a year later, the same problem has reappeared. This recurring trigger issue causes me to lose time and has reduced my confidence in the reliability of the product.

Since the same malfunction has occurred again, I request that Dyson replace my Dyson V15 unit to ensure a permanent solution to this problem.
