Dyson V15 Stops After 5 Seconds – Cleaning & Charging Didn’t Fix the Issue

My Dyson V15 cordless vacuum turns on but shuts off after just 5 seconds of use. I have fully charged the battery and cleaned the filter thoroughly, but nothing has resolved the problem.

For the past three days, I have tried everything—cleaning every part, resetting, and testing different power settings—but the vacuum still won’t stay on. I’ve had this vacuum for less than a year, and now it’s completely unreliable.

I need urgent support from Dyson to fix or replace this unit. A premium vacuum should not develop issues this quickly. What am I supposed to do now? Dyson, please respond and resolve this immediately!

"Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team."
