Dyson V15 Shutdown Problem, It Won't Work Long

My V15 device turns off by itself. When I examine the complaints, I understand that this is a chronic problem of the product. When I contacted the contact center, they told me that the product was a user error and was out of warranty. There was absolutely no solution. It has not even been 1 year since I bought my product. We buy products by paying a lot of money and trusting the brand, but they never stand behind it. I demand that my product be examined under warranty.
