Dyson V15 Parts Unavailable For 3 Months
There are holes in the nozzle hose of my Dyson V15 upright vacuum cleaner, causing it to release dust, and it always turns off by itself. Customer service has kept me waiting for three months, claiming that the part is out of stock. They cite issues such as poor conditions in the country and customs problems. As a result, we cannot use the vacuum cleaner. Trusting the Dyson brand, we purchased this expensive product, which has turned out to be a disappointment. During the product fault diagnosis, they stated that the main body could not be repaired. Now, they are saying, "If you want, we can send it to the service center and try to fix it." Do not be deceived by unrealistic advertisements on the internet. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
