Dyson V15 Motor Failure- Service Demands Payment

After one year of use, the motor of my Dyson V15 began stopping on its own — when I turn it on, it runs for a few seconds and then shuts off again. The service center replaced the motor, but the same problem occurred again in less than six months. When I contacted the service, they asked for payment. How can I trust and pay for a motor that is almost certain to fail again? If you truly stand behind your products, you should provide a proper solution. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response. You can’t even offer a one-year warranty for the motor you replaced. I strongly advise others to stay away from Dyson.
