Dyson V15 Had the Same Power Issue Twice and They Refused to Replace It

My Dyson V15 has been sent to service for the second time due to a power issue. The first time, my device was replaced, but after seven months, I encountered the same problem again. Instead of a replacement, this time the device was repaired and returned to me. Experiencing the same issue twice within 15 months does not reflect well on the Dyson brand. I had recommended the V15 to ten people around me, and now I deeply regret it. The company insists that I continue using a faulty product. My request is a replacement with a trouble-free model instead of the V15. For a brand that sells products at such high prices, this should not be an unreasonable request. It is clear that once the warranty expires, I will face the same issue again.
