Dyson V15 Metal Part Bent After Two Weeks and I Was Charged for the Repair

I have included the picture since my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, which I purchased only two weeks ago, has a twisted internal metal component. Customer care said it was a user mistake when I got in touch and asked for a repair cost. I bought Dyson mostly because of its warranty coverage, hence I'm surprised to be running across this problem so quickly. The vacuum cleaner cannot be used as it is right now, hence I respectfully urge that this issue be fixed right now. Given how fresh the product is, I do not think I should have to pay for this. Dyson should be able to back up their creation and help me to fix this.
Progress
I have been using this Dyson for only a month and I'm sharing this so they can see it. They haven't taken any steps to solve the metal bending issue. There can't be a worse company than this; they don't stand behind their product. It's a shame. If I had known it was this low quality, I definitely wouldn't have bought it.
Today, Dyson customer service called me and said you can use it like this. I found this very unbecoming of Dyson. I am very uncomfortable with this situation and I want it to be resolved as soon as possible, please...
