I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum about two years ago as part of my wedding trousseau, and I have only started using it during the past month. From the first week of use, I noticed a significant decrease in suction power. In addition, the protective parts on the top filter have started to peel off.

Even though I own another vacuum, I continued to use the Dyson V15 exclusively to test it further — but the issue persists.

I tried contacting Dyson customer service but was unable to reach them successfully. I still have the invoice and original packaging, and I live in Istanbul.

I request that my product be replaced and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
