Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean Dust Bin Silicone Defect Reappeared

). When I first unboxed the product, I noticed that the dust bin silicone was dislodged. Although I could have requested a full replacement for this defective product, I agreed to accept a spare part. Nine months later, the exact same issue occurred again. I contacted customer service both by phone and email, but was told that since a replacement had already been provided once, only a paid spare part could be offered. This is unfair, as the initial replacement was not due to user error but because the product itself was faulty.
My device is still under warranty, and my invoice number is B012024001172512. A recurring defect clearly indicates a manufacturing issue, not misuse. I therefore demand that the spare part be provided free of charge under warranty. I also want to warn other customers not to settle for spare parts or repairs when receiving defective products but to request a full return or exchange. I expect an urgent and positive resolution to this matter.
