Dyson V15 Detect Absolute - Structural Problem Under Warranty

First of all, I would like to state that I love Dyson products and I am disappointed with this product. I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute on 20.03.2023 (Invoice No: TEA2023000090457) for my dowry and have been using it regularly twice a week for about 1 year. In recent days, I started to experience a squeaking sound while vacuuming and a shaking problem at the pipe connection point. At first, I thought it was insignificant, but after detailed examinations with my wife, we came to the conclusion that the structural defect at the connection point of the dust container and the pipe could lead to breakage in the future and that my device would become unusable since it is directly connected to the dust container. When the reservoir part of the device is examined carefully, the part that we think also provides the electrical connection is shaking significantly and therefore causes me difficulty when I want to connect and disconnect the pipe. We contacted the Dyson Turkey contact center about the issue on 19.03.2025. We were informed by the customer representative that the situation is normal, that there may be minor flexing and that this situation is not covered by the warranty. However, in my research and complaints on the Xolvie website, I have seen that there are customers who have experienced this situation and had their devices replaced. It is the last day of the warranty period and I have been using this premium segment product diligently for 1 year. Although I use the device under normal usage conditions, I cannot justify the quality of Dyson that this structural problem has occurred in 1 year. Since there is 1 day left before the end of the warranty period, I think that your contact center does not take this situation into consideration and that they have passed me by, so to speak. In order to maintain my trust in the Dyson brand and within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, I request the replacement of my device due to this structural defect detected during the warranty period. You sell products of quality above world standards, please stand behind your products in a manner befitting your brand. Since there is only 1 day left before the end of my warranty period, I kindly request that this request be evaluated and returned to me within 24 hours.
