Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Cyclone Body Issue - I Want Free Repair

The daisies on the cyclone body of my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute have lifted over time, and I believe this will negatively affect its suction power. Customer service told me that this part provides protection, but I wonder how it can protect if it comes off. This issue has been ongoing for a long time, and I encounter the same problem with every use. My device is still under warranty, and I live in Konya, but I have not delivered it to any service center. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they told me that this part is only for appearance and protection and does not affect the device. However, even though I mentioned that there was a slight decrease in suction power, I was told that I might be charged for repair despite it being under warranty. I insisted on my request for a free repair under warranty, but no support was provided. I am requesting that my device be repaired free of charge under warranty.
