Dyson V15 Chronic Trigger Failure



I've had a chronic trigger malfunction with the Dyson V15 series. I informed them that dozens of consumers were affected and waiting in line, but Dyson refused to take responsibility for the problem. Although replacement is an option, the product is currently unavailable. This experience has shown me how Dyson's emphasis on customer satisfaction has dwindled. You have to wait on hold for several minutes before reaching a customer service representative, who, regrettably, does not give any solutions. We are left dealing with bad merchandise.

Dyson definitely did not call or inquire and did not care about the solution. Thankfully, the place where I bought it from made an effort and provided an exchange.
