Dyson Customer Support Not Helpful With V15 Vacuum Repair

I purchased the Dyson V15 model, believing in its quality, but to my dismay, it broke down after just six months. At one point, it was hard to find in stores, so I bought a brand-new unit from an individual at a price above the market rate. Now, when I try to send it for repairs, they claim it's registered under someone else's name, making it impossible for them to process any transactions. Despite offering to pay the fees, they refuse to accept. When I asked, 'Should I just throw it away?' I received the unhelpful response, 'It's up to you.' In essence, the product you buy with confidence in its brand not only easily malfunctions but also leaves you unable to access proper service. Perhaps those vacuums sold online for 500 ₺ might be a better option.
